Element Salon and Day Spa located in downtown Midland, Michigan and is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate artist that loves the Aveda Mission, well-being & elevated guest care as a professional. We are seeking a passionate and motivated team player who thrives in an environment focusing on guest satisfaction and continuing education. Element provides an opportunity for growth and great pay for all artist levels.

RESPONSIBILITES
• Provides professional, quality, and world-class Aveda experiences to salon guests
• Maintains and continues to learn extensive knowledge of Aveda products and salon services
• Participates in regularly scheduled salon/spa meetings and cross-training opportunities
• Market salon floor on a daily basis
• Other duties as assigned and/or required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Aveda experience and education is desirable, but not required
• Has strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building skills
• Guest service oriented; outstanding customer service; positive communication skills
• Follows all state salon/spa regulations: cleanliness and sanitation
• Ability and willingness to attend and complete continued education
• Michigan Cosmetology License
• Desire to work in a fun, fast-paced, team atmosphere!
